Hello!
I'm a self-motivated Instructional designer, Game designer, and Digital Artist looking to create something eye-catching, curious, thought-provoking, commanding, and relatable to the human experience. As a consistent technologist, I dive head first into many things computer-related to tech and interaction. VR I believe is going to be the next phase of gaming and interacting with digital content and guides my a star like direction. My dive includes ideas from various cultures detailing their art, which is a kind of technology in itself. The crafting of the object or person that makes the object should be studied and learned from. This is a curious tale with many profound things to reveal.
I'm a graduate of the UNCG BFA program who has finished a master's in Instructional Design and Technology at Full Sail. I bring a passion for gamification and motion graphics to instructional design projects in numerous industries. With a strong background in ADDIE methodology, I create courses that increase performance and improve safety. My initiatives engage team members at all organizational levels. I make art that teaches and questions ideas logicly. So people would call that challenging norms, but it is critical thinking and, of course, the human experience.
I look forward to helping you strengthen your cultural norms that lead to growth.
Over 20 years, I have partnered with cross-functional leads and companies to deliver training solutions and art that matches complex business needs. I strive to apply the full range of my abilities in all that I do. My career has had multiple paths, but it all converges to gaming, education and art which is the playground of the imagination and the mind.
Oh, you are here for the games also! Well, you are in luck! I have made game design an essential part of my instructional design tools set. We all see the cultural currency of gaming and, of course, video games. This only happened because gaming is one of my passions that spilled out of the New Digital art era, which I was exposed to in my BFA degree. Check out my digital art page for more on that! While you are at it, try out some of my released games so far. I am just one man creating as an indie, but I seek to train many to start whole communities to help us all realize our dreams and creations. If you believe in that, look for the blog website I am part of and the secret game lab.
I am always looking to research and build communities in these skill sets, so please let me know if you are interested in working on something bigger.
